Founder & Central Administration
Felix founded Casatitlan and is responsible for building and managing the company’s day-to-day operations.
He places strong emphasis on clear structures and open communication. Decisions are made transparently, processes are well prepared, and topics are handled thoroughly rather than postponed.
This approach builds trust – for guests who want to feel well taken care of, and for property owners who value reliable support in the background.
With many years of experience in hospitality and tourism, Felix understands both perspectives. He knows what matters when presenting properties, how effective guest communication works, and how essential clean processes behind the scenes are.
He works close to daily operations, makes decisions based on experience, and manages each property as if it were his own.

Ortillo is responsible on site for ensuring that our properties are well prepared and remain in a consistently reliable condition.
He knows the homes, workflows, and standards in detail and keeps an overview of what matters in daily operations. Regular inspections, minor repairs, and coordination with local service providers are just as much part of his role as identifying potential issues before they become noticeable to guests.

Cleaning & Maintenance
Our on-site team takes care of daily cleaning, ongoing maintenance, and the reliable preparation of our properties. Many team members have been working with us for years and know the homes, workflows, and quality standards in detail.
The team works according to clearly defined standards, handles ongoing maintenance and minor repairs, and ensures that each property is carefully prepared before new guests arrive.
This team works exclusively for Casatitlan properties and forms the foundation for a consistently high quality standard on site. Processes are clearly defined, repeatable, and regularly reviewed.
Coordination, Accounting, and Tax Matters
All accounting and tax-related matters at Casatitlan are organized centrally.
Operational accounting and tax support are handled in collaboration with Isidro Martin, who professionally oversees and manages this area.
The goal is clear, transparent accounting and the correct fulfillment of all tax obligations, aligned with local requirements in Guatemala.
This area operates mostly in the background but is a central part of the overall structure. Reliable numbers and clear processes form the basis for stable operations and well-founded decisions.
