Our goal is simple: to create memorable stays for our guests, keep operations smooth, and make sure everything works as it should.
Felix Tüttinghoff
Founder & Managing Director
Felix founded Casatitlan and leads the company’s day-to-day operations. He brings many years of experience in hospitality and tourism, combining an understanding of guest expectations with the practical requirements of managing and caring for holiday homes.
He directly coordinates our on-site team, sets priorities, and oversees the preparation, maintenance, and quality standards of each property. Close communication with the team keeps daily tasks organized and helps ensure that any issues are addressed promptly.
He places strong emphasis on clear structures and open communication. Decisions are made transparently, processes are well prepared, and responsibilities are clearly defined.
His hospitality experience shapes the way Casatitlan works: from presenting properties and communicating with guests to organizing the details behind the scenes. He understands how thoughtful preparation and reliable follow-through contribute to a relaxed stay.
Felix stays closely involved in daily operations and is the central point of coordination for guests, property owners, and the on-site team. He makes decisions based on experience and manages each property as if it were his own.

Cleaning & Maintenance
Our on-site team takes care of daily cleaning, ongoing maintenance, and the reliable preparation of our properties. Many team members have been working with us for years and know the homes, workflows, and quality standards in detail.
Coordinated directly by Felix, the team works according to clearly defined standards, handles ongoing maintenance and minor repairs, and ensures that each property is carefully prepared before new guests arrive. Tasks and priorities are agreed with him directly, keeping communication clear and follow-up consistent.
This team works exclusively for Casatitlan properties and forms the foundation for a consistently high quality standard on site. Processes are clearly defined, repeatable, and regularly reviewed.
Accounting and Taxes
Coordination, Accounting, and Tax Matters
All accounting and tax-related matters at Casatitlan are organized centrally.
Operational accounting and tax support are handled in collaboration with Isidro Martin, who professionally oversees and manages this area.
The goal is clear, transparent accounting and the correct fulfillment of all tax obligations, aligned with local requirements in Guatemala.
